I archived WMDE-TechWish-Maintenance and WMDE-Blueprint-tickets as their parent project German-Community-Wishlist got archived by @thiemowmde.
However, maybe WMDE-TechWish-Maintenance and WMDE-Blueprint-tickets should not be archived but become subprojects under active WMDE-TechWish instead?

For the record, WMDE-TechWish-Maintenance got re-activated in January 2023.
WMDE-Blueprint-tickets was also re-activated in January 2023, but then got re-disabled in February 2024.
However, maybe WMDE-TechWish-Maintenance [...] should not be archived but become subprojects under active WMDE-TechWish instead?
Correct me if I'm wrong; but I guess - in practice - this might look like (a) creating a new project with the same name, & (b) silently moving all of the tasks from the current (sub)project to the new project?
(I suppose another potential option might be for it to become a root project, rather than a subproject of a different parent; given some of the...interesting...Phab behaviours with regard to subprojects.)
