respectively.

Shell operator: only comment 1 needs to be resolved to be able to close this

I'm presuming Wikipedia is an override/alias, and the other 2 are just new namespaces to be added?

We need community consensus on this before we it. Please point to some discussion and consensus.

The active users list at Special:Statistics shows 13 active members there. This one, though, overcounts... counting (as I understand it) any action by a user as enough to make them "active." Our own stats list at stats.wikimedia.org is far more conservative, showing only one active user.

Given that, I think fulfilling the request of the only active community member is non-controversial, and I have no objection. :)

Marking fixed; please open another bug for namespace aliases (i.e. names needed by your wiki only, and not all MediaWiki installations).
