As an event organizer, I want to be able to email participants, so that I can let them know about event updates, provide welcoming messages or training materials, or conduct other essential communication actions to ensure that the participants are informed and prepared for the event.

Acceptance Criteria:
- Organizers must have an email associated with their account in order to send emails with this feature
- Organizers should be able to select one, some, or all participants to send an email
- Organizers should be able to see which participants have an email address associated with their accounts
- Organizers should only be able to email participants who have an email address associated with their accounts
- Organizers should be able to set a subject/title of email
- Organizers should be able to add body text to email
- The email address of the participants should not be exposed to the organizer when they first send the email
- Assuming we use the 'Email this User' functionality: The email address of the organizer is exposed to the participant if they choose to reply to the email, and the email address of the participant is exposed to the organizer if they receive a reply message from the participant
- The normal privacy language that we display in 'Email this user' upon receiving an email should also be displayed via this feature
