In RecentChanges, Contribution, history and other pages, a thanks button shows on mobile. Upon clicking the user is asked to confirm.

In the mobile diff page the undo works somewhat differently - a notification shows with the ability to undo. The Thanks extension could perhaps we reworked to use that here, or the jquery confirmable widget could be slightly improved via styles.
