Description

We received this through iOS support email:

Sometimes, images don’t appear until I scroll down a little.

Event Timeline

Version: WikipediaApp/7.0.0.2013 (iOS 16.2; Phone)

I was able to reproduce this in a browser, so this is on the PCS-side:

Steps:

  1. In local mobileapps, force areTablesInitiallyExpanded settings to true.
  2. Rebuild the page library and start the service, then fresh reload http://localhost:8888/en.wikipedia.org/v1/page/mobile-html/B._Hick_and_Sons with the window large enough for the first image to initially show.
  3. Image is blank until user slightly scrolls.
