Description

As mentioned in T263914#8483715, there should now be typings for OOUI available via npm, which we should be able to use in order to type the popup/dialog in which our bridge app resides.

(I’ve rephrased the task to remove the word “official” – the typings were published by a community member, and so far I don’t think it’s clear that OOUI developers will take care of keeping them up to date.)
