We recently noticed that the process to add the feature changes in the CHANGELOG.md file is not standarized due to ambiguous instructions in the Wikit pre-release documentation (See line: 'Note: there is no need to describe the changes, as this is simply a pre release.').

The docs need to be updated to make clear that the CHANGELOG.md file should be updated, but it is not necessary to fill in the Changelog Textarea during the creation of the pre-release in the Github interface.

The mentioned line in the docs has caused some developers to fill in the Changelog.md with the corresponding feature descriptions and others not while creating pre-releases, so also a check is needed to update the Changelog.md file to include the features that have been included in previous prereleases but have not been documented in the file.
