This is a Dardic language of Afghanistan. Since the code wsv is not used often it should be specified that this would be for right-to-left Arabic script text as is typical for languages of Afghanistan.

Turner's Comparative Dictionary of the Indo-Aryan Languages has a number of interesting entries which describe the relationship of Wotapuri with other Indo-Aryan languages. These can be represented in lexicographical data.
