NOTE: probably, any early implementation of this will not be recursive, so, it will "just" show the old version of the content of page, but showing recent content from templates and recent content from Wikidata.

So, if you are interested in being recursive and also show old templates instead of recent ones, I think it still possible but just more difficult. Also, if you want to add this thing into Wikidata and Wikibase, please indicate it, and it's even more and more difficult.

In any case some things will probably be just impossible, since for example you cannot adopt this method to recover deleted templates, etc.
