Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Go to a user talk page that has active protection, where the user has been previously blocked
- Press 'Add topic'
What happens?:
The editnotice like part above the new section edit window says "This user is currently blocked" even though the user is not blocked
What should have happened instead?:
This entire section about being blocked should have been hidden as the user is not blocked
Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):
Found on the English Wikipedia - not attempted to reproduce locally yet.
Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
(notice how the last log entry is an unblock, so the user cannot be blocked)
