Description:
In the german wikipedia i deleted the article KStV Cimbria. Trying to undelete
it resulted in a log-message that the article was undeleted by mijobe, but the
article still is not available and additionally the old deleted versions also
are no longer reachable.

Some more info on the undelete:
The undelete operation timed out
even so i checked if the article was undeleted (sometimes only the following
read operation times out)
i tried again to undelete and this also timed out
