Description

Problem:
We will be tracking Wikibase REST API metrics for Wikidata in hadoop. We need to visualize it so it is accessible to the team and the public.

See T314133 for more details on which metrics are interesting and which dashboards are involved.

I have now created a dashboard prototype in Superset based on 1/128 sampled data for the launch. However, using an approach based on Grafana and Graphite seems more feasible long term (see T314133#8548698 plus detailed recommendation).
