We need to review whole development environment, identify problems (if there are any) and fix them.

Acceptance criteria
Development environment if fully operational.

ToDo

add error handling for articlupdate, articledelete and articluebulk services
move text-processor to sidecar container
check s3 permissions for services
make sure custom_service_image_name triggers service deployment
