ULS language list missing in non-article namespace pages with Vector 2022

Description

With Vector 2022, only articles provide a list with interwiki links. On e.g. category pages I suddenly don't get a list of links to other language versions; tapping the ULS button only results in the message: "Page contents not supported in other languages." This started with the latest MediaWiki-version: 1.40.0-wmf.18. I have seen the same bug on all Wikipedia projects I have tested, also in safemode. I use Safari on an iPad with iPadOS 16.

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

Use Vector 2022
Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Literature
Try to find the interwiki links

What happens?: No iw-links, only text message "Page contents not supported in other languages."
