IP Masking will affect lots of our products, features, tools, gadgets, etc. This task is for tracking work to update those that are owned by Structured Data Team, ahead of IP Masking being enabled on WMF sites.

Let's begin by checking if this materially affects us, and if so create separate tickets for updating of our products that are affected
Since we have a year to handle this, we are putting it back in the backlog to prioritize our SDAW grant deadlines and will pick this back up in July 2023.

Not affected by IP Masking - notifications are either sent to users who are watching a page (and temp users do not have watchlists) or named users (and temp users don't have names)
