We have a use case where we could need to provide tier 3 functionality (limited) to a tier 2 customer.
So we would like to create a new user pool that has tier2 plus Realtime streaming capabilities and members of that see the tier 2 dashboard.

Thanks for making this ticket, @HShaikh. To clarify my particular need in this for other engineers, we have three customer support levels that are based on factors not necessarily connected to feature sets. So no matter the feature set a customer gets, they need to see the correct customer support offering on their dashboard.
This will solve a current issue however we need to discuss user pool/group being directed tied to feature access, as most use cases will fit that case, however we're already at a point where sales is more dynamic than that.
At some point APIs/features and Support tiers/features would be options assigned to a user account as opposed to a user group assigning those. Just a different approach from init.
