As a user on Android app with inconsistent internet access, I would like to continue reading a talk page without interruption, so I can participate once I am reconnected.
Details:
Draw inspiration from the implementation from iOS (T315330), but flag if this change would bloat the size of the app considerably.

This one is not working for me and it actually duplicates the talk page entries when i come back on to wifi.

I still can not reproduce the issue. Would it be possible to restart your device and try to reproduce it again? And it would be very helpful if you can provide a video of it. Thanks!
Confirmed with @JTannerWMF and created a sub-task for the edge case issue. Now, this parent ticket is able to be closed.
