Decommission Racktables

Description

DC Ops confirmed that Racktables is no longer needed and can be removed from the miscweb role:

  • Remove from the cache config
  • Remove from CAS
  • Archive the database and removing the grants
  • Disable Links in DebMonitor
  • Remove the Puppet classes
  • Remove from private repo / passwords
  • Remove from DNS
  • Delete application dir on backends
