@bd808 suggested in T327309 that maybe instead of deleting H356 we could replace it with a reverse rule, rewriting #wmcs-kanban to #cloud-services-team if someone is using the old tag.

{H367} can be updated to add project "cloud-services-team" instead of "cloud-services-team (Kanban)".
