Missed a few bits of dbProxy in T310363. They are seen here:
https://github.com/toolforge/paws/blob/a0798bcb2473deaeaf149f14cb778587cae305b0/paws/production.yaml#L7
and were copied over to another file more recently:
https://github.com/toolforge/paws/blob/a0798bcb2473deaeaf149f14cb778587cae305b0/paws/codfw1dev.yaml#L7

These should be able to be removed.
