The current ULS (Question: is this only used in Vector 2022?) has an extraordinary amount of whitespace: between columns, between lines in a column, before the start of each geographic section. It looks like 2-3x the spacing between lines of text in the article body, and more than that compared to the spacing of the old language list. This makes it cover a larger part of the content than it needs to, and makes it jarring to use (at least for me).

In the ULS settings,

• please add an option for "compact display" that is closer to the old language display: less whitespace, one point smaller.
• please add an option for "show all languages together" that doesn't divide them by geography (leading to duplication and extra spacing)
