Description

Convert the existing Preact components into Vue components. Biggest effort here: Coordinating the state and transitions of 3 banners in one: Mini banner, Followup banner, and Soft-Close banner

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Mobile DE banner is ported to Vue
  • figuring out the modal display (also scroll behaviour)
  • use of funds
  • use of funds button (Donate Now) does not lead to /

Implementation Details

  • The expanded/follow-up/main banner can be changed to a modal.
