After a recent incident, it appears that we we need to have a cookbook handy to help us depool all services running on a datacentre, when such need appears.

The cookbook should either use other cookbooks (if available for specific services), or run the generic one to switch.

Bonus round:

• Have a switch to export the current status of our services in a file
• Have the ability to read from file where each service should be served from, and perform the relevant actions
