Description

The civi readonly user on the dev civicrm database can't select from the dev_drupal.contribution_tracking table so we can't test the fraud reports on staging.

DB user needed to be dev_civicrm_read not civi_read.

Also needed select access on dev_fredge.payments_fraud and dev_fredge.payments_fraud_breakdown
