After being abruptly logged out from my account:

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• On attempt to log in with my user name and password on English Wikipedia

What happens?:

One of 3 things will happen:

• I am sent to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralLogin/complete?token=0b110bc2d0b997953d6804d5653c1497 where an error message reads "No active login attempt is in progress for your session."
• The page refreshes and displays the error message "There seems to be a problem with your login session; this action has been canceled as a precaution against session hijacking. Please resubmit the form. You may receive this message if you are blocking cookies."
• I am redirected to the en.wiki Main Page without logging in

What should have happened instead?:
I should have logged in successfully. I can confirm that my browsers are set to accept cookies from WMF websites.

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
Replicated in both an up-to-date Google Chrome and up-to-date Microsoft Edge browser
