Consider removing the "Feedback" button in the bottom of last year's Research Fund grant pages with a note that there was an official feedback period from date x to y, and it is now closed, the research is funded (if it's funded) and if folks want to engage with this research they should go to page z (which is the current grant page). or another appropriate solution as you see fit.
