This is somewhat expected at these very large sizes of image. Drawing such a large size might cause the server to run out of memory under certain conditions. There should be some related tickets somewhere regarding this.

In fact, even a small enough image, such as a 1KB image, will also have a 500 error when it is enlarged to about 30,000 pixels, see T334654: I don't know why my wiki can't load the pictures?

@I: Please do not mix up random other things into one ticket.
