Reason: I am requesting a minor bump in the new toolforge-jobs quota to allow the bot to continue running as it did on the previous grid engine. The bot has 5 workers dedicated to handling user submitted but jobs, which can often backlog when running with less than 5 workers. Each worker requires about 2 GB of RAM to run adequately. Since 1 GB and 1 slot is used for the web service, I need 6 slots and 11 GB of RAM in total. IABot has never needed any more than this, but has struggled catch up with backlogs when running on less.
