  1. ALTERs to run: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/extensions/CheckUser/+/23319aec7c10e1d37e49cdb31e0ffff847d0951e/schema/mysql/patch-cu_log-drop-cul_user.sql
  2. Where to run those changes: all
  3. When to run those changes: At any time
  4. If the schema change is backwards compatible: no, we drop data
  5. If the schema change has been tested already on some of the test/beta wikis: beta cluster don't have checkuser - tested on https://checkuser-beta-wiki.wmcloud.org (which runs mediawiki vagrant on cloud VPS) and everything was as expected.
  6. if the data should be made available on the labs replicas and/or dumps: Everything is private

I have dropped this from db1106 (s1 enwiki) and will leave it running during the weekend to make sure there are no writes arriving to those columns (if they are, replication will break)
