The fair use template seems to be already being uploaded when the file is being uploaded. It seems to be just a question of changing the UI, if I'm not wrong?

In the above reference, when the image was uploaded this was the page status https://te.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E0%B0%A6%E0%B0%B8%E0%B1%8D%E0%B0%A4%E0%B1%8D%E0%B0%B0%E0%B0%82:Wonka_2023_film_poster_test.jpg&oldid=4062485 in that there was no template. The template was added later manually.

I see there are two edits, but that is pretty weird, because I tested with just one click on the upload button. And the edit that adds the license is also attributed to the OAuth consumer

It seems that we did not whitelist the brackets ( & ) for the target name. Can you try without brackets in the target name. We will fix this.

Also at the end there is a link showing view wiki page. Now to copy the newly uploaded image file name to paste in the wikipedia, I have to open the wikipage and then copy. if the newly uploaded file name is shown like in commons upload it would be easy to copy the name there itself. Thanks.
