I have this set up a Wiki I am just setting up at https://cheekyfactor.com/wiki/index.php/Special:FormEdit/Standard_WaaS_form/Draft:test_page

When the | symbol is used it comes up with:

image.png (630×243 px, 25 KB)

This maybe by design, it just through up the error the other day without having any pipe in the text.

@Squeak24 - sorry for the delay in responding. Do you still get the error when there are no pipes in the text? If so, what does the text look like?

I'm marking this as "Declined" - I think rejecting pipe characters (rather than automatically removing, or replacing, them) is the right approach. As to that problem with this error message showing up even when the're no pipe - I can't reproduce it, and hopefully it's no longer an issue with the latest version of everything.
