Today I was editing
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Really_busy_flies.jpg
I put in "Unidentified Muscidae" into the box,
but that was just like if I put "Unidentified Muscidaezzzzzzzz" into the
box: I got no feedback if what I copied in was correct or not.
It turns out users must remove one letter to start getting feedback!
@Jidanni: Please do use the bug report form (linked from the top of the task creation page) to create a bug report and fill in the sections in the template, instead of deleting it, and not mentioning which "box" somewhere you put something into. Such tickets are not helpful and waste both your and other people's time. Thanks.

@Jidanni: Where does that box come from? Please always try safemode first, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Locating_broken_scripts . Please stop assuming that things look the same for other folks, and instead provide complete steps without any room for interpretation. And use the bug report template.
