Reimage wdqs20[13-22] servers to Bullseye

Description

We have several WDQS hosts that are not yet in production. Creating this ticket to:

  • Reimage wdqs20[13-22] to Bullseye.
  • Update Puppet config to install WDQS properly as needed.
  • Reimage current production servers to Bullseye

@MoritzMuehlenhoff Sorry for the delayed response. Some of these will be decommissioned per hardware refresh, see the Google doc for more details . For the rest, they will eventually be reimaged to Bullseye or Bookworm. Sorry this was not clear; I'll update the ticket with better verbiage.
