Now that the designs have been translated, we can move on.

However, the initial plan was to ask selected newcomers about three designs, but only one of them apply to them.

Hence, I'm changing the plans as we have to target both newcomers who never tried Growth features and Newcomers who made a few Easy edits. I updated T328351 accordingly.

Overall findings:

• It was difficult to reach newcomers, we got a few replies, but quite the same as mentors.
• We have shown encouraging designs according to newcomers.
  • They are curious about the task suggestion.
  • Describe more the task: what is it about, how much time it takes to complete it, etc.
• Mentors are positive, they think it is a good opportunity.
  • Control should be given to communities. (It was given as an iteration 2 work.)
  • Newcomers shouldn’t level up too quickly. Should be suggested after valid edits.

As the goal was to confirm designs, future feedback received will be used for a second iteration.
