Can you please connect your Phabricator account with your wiki account, so we can ensure this request is authenticated? You can do this in your Phabricator preferences, under "External Accounts".

Also, can you confirm that neither Special:EditWatchlist nor Special:EditWatchlist/raw work for you, so you can self-service this?

Okay MediaWiki Account connected, I waited for Special:EditWatchlist/raw to finish loading but each time the browser crashed and the page did not finish loading.

Also lets clear wikidata watchlist in the same namespaces, I have 336,522 there. Thank you.

yeah, Special:EditWatchlist nor Special:EditWatchlist/raw shouldn't be used here, it'll kill the database.
