For 2022 we introduced a simplified budget document which is automatically derived from the full budget. The aim of this document was to reduce the barrier for understanding the budget for e.g. attendants of the Annual Meeting.

This includes:

• Using the existing GSuite template to create a simplified budget document for 2023 and to follow the instructions to connect this to the actua lbudget document
• Adding descriptions to the Mini-description of the project-field of the "Projekt 2018-2023" document

With the project structure and project numbering changing somewhat we need to poke the auto-conversion somewhat to ensure the simplified document can still be created
