Description

Background

Anyone who creates or edits a wikistory is able to opt-in to watching the story before publishing.

Description/User story

As a wikistory creator/ editor,
I want to watchlist all my stories,
so that I can be aware of any changes or activities on the article or wikistory.

Wikistory creators and editors get are able to opt-in to the watchlist once they've published a story.
