Description

We have an enormous volume of this log message, maybe 200k/hour starting with the deployment of our upgraded kartotherian:

The log is emitted by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/services/kartotherian/+/98770330dd0cd6a9495289af6f30e274d9bb8bd0/lib/snapshot/index.js#205

Is this actionable? Are there known bug conditions that can be excluded? Is this going to be a normal part of operation? The message should either be heeded or made quieter.
