Description

T315324: Outstanding appearance update of "Sister project widgets" on Special:Search the specs for sister projects were implemented and checked in wmf.2 - see the screenshot in the comment on the task.

@Sneha reported that there is a regression in wmf.21.

The issue is present on iPhone/Android devices and in different browsers (on mobile).

(1) Sister projects placement is not aligned with the search results

(2) The spacing between the dividing horizontal line and the search result is too tight:
