Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Enable the Page Previews extension to create previews for pages in Project namespace like Wikipedia:, WP:, Wikidata:, etc.
Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
I am not an experienced Wikipedia editor, so whenever I view talk pages or policy pages that use shortcuts like WP:NPOV and I don't know they mean, I have to visit the page of the shortcut. I think it would be very helpful if we had Page Previews turned on so I and other newcomers didn't have to do this.
Furthermore, WP: shortcuts are unfortunately still very common in the Teahouse and Help Desk so newcomers can be frustrated when they don't know what a shortcut means and that they have to visit every shortcut that is mentioned to figure out what they mean. It makes Wikipedia seem like a closed ecosystem that only experienced editors who know what the shortcuts mean are able to participate in.
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Newcomers feel more welcome and editors save time.
