Please update the following for Slovenian localization:

instrumental: {{GRAMMAR:orodnik|word}}  should not include the 'z' word

locative: {{GRAMMAR:mestnik|word}} shold not include the 'o' word

This increases the versatility and grammatical correctness of the two forms.

('Z' and 'o' are optional and many times not the desired prepositions. Other prepositions may be used depending on the context and the noun that follows and it should be possible to insert an adjective after them and prior to the noun.)
