Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• If the user decides to hide filters on the Watchlist page, the "Live Updates" button is also hidden, removing functionality as well as an important indicator of function.
• It should not be necessary to reveal filters in order to inspect or toggle the Live Updates indicator/button.
• There is plenty of room in the horizontal display to place the Live Updates button to the right of the show/hide filters widget, that vertical space will not be wasted in this mode.
