Description

Per discussion in T188205: s52467__new_hashtags seems to be overloading the toolsdb host and T204059: Request creation of hashtags VPS project, I believe that the 's52467__new_hashtags' database which is owned by the hashtags tool is no longer in use. More than 2.5GiB of storage could be freed on ToolsDB by dropping the database.

This database is no longer in use and can be safely deleted :)
