Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Open https://ru.wikipedia.org/
- Enable new vector in settings
- Turn on Russian localization
- Look at the right menu
What happens?:
The right column is very narrow and because of this, in all languages where the word "tools" does not consist of 4 letters, the control button is transferred to the next line. This is wrong and should not be.
What should have happened instead?:
The column should be wide enough to fit the menu name and button on the same line.
