Description

Background

We've (DS design) deprecated opacity-icon-* tokens when establishing opacity tokens in T297001 to simplify choice and application.
With the emerging CSS-only tokens we had to use those tokens again.

Proposal

Un-deprecate those tokens
Ensure they are mentioned in Figma not as deprecated, but with a note about their limited use case
- Decide on exposing them to designers in Figma or not

Acceptance criteria for done

Update the Figma exploration file adding the opacity-icon tokens
Un-deprecate tokens in Codex
Update Figma library spec

@Volker_E updated Figma exploration's spec with the opacity-icon tokens. Moving the task to Ready for Development. Once they are implemented in Codex I will add them in the main library.
