Reset Phabricator 2FA for matthiasmullie
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I must have missed my Phabricator TOTP when migrating from Google Authenticator to another password manager a while ago.
While I still have access (have not logged out since), I am unable to login to Phabricator on other devices/browsers, or alter auth settings (both require TOTP)

Following these instructions, I added a user committed identity hash to my wiki user page a little over a month ago: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Mmullie_(WMF)

  • Can someone create a private paste so that I can confirm my identify hash?
  • Alternatively, I can be reached via any of the methods listed on the staff contact list to confirm my identity.

After having confirmed my identity, please disable the existing multifactor authentication on my (matthiasmullie) Phabricator account so that I can set up a new TOTP.
Thanks!

Event Timeline

@Aklapper I'm not sure who to reach out to - any chance you could help me, or point me to someone who can? Thanks!

Aklapper claimed this task.
Aklapper moved this task from To Triage to Administration (UI) on the Phabricator board.

Sorry, this fell through the cracks. Should be done now (verified via a Slack conversation)
