Description

NOTE: - aXe Devtools extension marked the following issue as critical (found on testwiki wmf.23)

Steps:

For a new user who visits Special:Homepage for the first time, the intro tour will be presented.
the first screen of the intro tour has the image that doesn't have alternate text.

Results from aXe Devtools:

<img> elements have alternate text or a role of none or presentation
