Due to the total protection of the templates and modules used above 30,000 times in the wikipedia in Spanish, due to the events described in T271184#8577052, the Spanish Wikipedia community has reached consensus of adopting the "templateeditor" right, group, and restriction that was adopted at the time by en.wiki (T57432).

Hi @LuchoCR , can you please confirm if only sysops (apart from templateeditors) should have the templateeditor flag, or if this is needed also for other usergroups? Thanks
