Rename group-wmf-supportsafety contents

Description

Rename the contents of the messages only without changing the message names themselves, as wmf-supportsafety is used in rOMWC Wikimedia - MediaWiki Config (and potentially elsewhere on private repos, tools, etc.) and renaming these requires a bit of extra work for no real gain. This is a custom local group that exists only on Meta-Wiki for some Trust-and-Safety staff members.

@jrbs per @Reedy patch review, we may wish to attempt a move from Meta:WMF Support and Safety to Meta:WMF Trust and Safety. Since this group and pages only I don't think this will break anything.
