The mobile language selector provides options to translate when searching for a missing language (T286645). However, selecting such option is currently not leading the user to start the translation. This ticket proposes to direct the user to the confirmation step (T276221) with the article and languages pre-filled.

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Choose an article to translate ( To create a new page)
• Select the target language

What happens?:

• The confirmation step is not shown
• The create new pages and expand with new sections are empty

What should have happened instead?:

• Confirmation step should be shown for the user to start the translation for the page they were viewing before. If the dialog gets closed, the suggestions (create new pages and expand with new sections) should have contents to select from
